2. Is Silvercrazy.com's jewelry and accessories made with real silver?

YES.  Unless otherwise stated, all items on this web site are made of real sterling silver (at least 92.5% silver content). Many items are complemented with beautiful gems--top quality Cubic Zirconia--and natural stones such as genuine Onyx and Mother of Pearl.

3. What is Sterling Silver (.925)?

Sterling silver is the standard for high-quality silver jewelry.
Silver is a lustrous, white, malleable and ductile metal and can be laminated until it becomes transparent. In order to be worked properly, silver is alloyed with copper in variable. Sterling silver is silver with a fineness of 925, that is, sterling is 925 parts per thousand (or 92.5%) silver and 75 parts per thousand (or 7.5%) copper.

4. What is Murano (Murrina)?

Murano is an island which is a part of the city of Venice, Italy.  The word "Murrina" is a derivative of the word "Murano," and is a general term used in Venice to identify a special glass production technique that has been a practice in Murano for over 700 years.  The technique is also known as Millefiori which means thousand flowers.

Technically, Millefiori is the name for specially designed glass rods used to make the finished products, Murrina.  Millefiori rods are typically one foot in length and can be as small as 3 millimeters in diameter.  Millefiori rods are cut into small pieces and placed together in a mold to display their beautifully-patterned cross sections.  Using special glass production technique, the results are Murrina jewelry, each design with a unique pattern and style.

All product prices are in US dollars and are EXCLUSIVE of shipping, tax and custom duty charges.

Shipping options (Worldwide shipping):

1. Regular Registered Air Mail $3.95 : Allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery.

2. Express Mail $24.00 : Allow 5 - 9 days for delivery. An international equivalent of United States Postal Service's Global Express Mail.  Once shipped, your parcel can be traced through www.usps.com (for US. destination) using the tracking number we will e-mail to you.

Around busy times of the year orders might take longer to reach you.

This shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.  Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Do you process international orders?

Yes.

9 What if I am not satisfied with the products?

If you are not completely satisfied with our products and wish to make a return, please contact us to reject your order within 15 days for a full refund (minus shipping fees). You must email us prior to returning any item(s) with the order number and obtain a return authorization number that must be included in the address. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Sorry, we can not provide a refund for goods damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling and packages received that does not have a return authorization number.

10. How do I take care of items ordered from our web site?

For best results, sterling should be stored in an airtight container or zip-lock bag.

If there is no tarnish present on your silver jewelry, use a phosphate-free detergent to clean it after use.
Silver jewelry sometimes gets tarnished when it comes to contact some perfumes or human perspiration.  When your silver jewelry requires cleaning, it can easily be done with silver polishing cloth. It is specially developed to give a bright shinny surface to silver and all other precious metal surfaces. The cloth is also impregnated with anti-tarnishing agent thus provide longer lasting of polished surface. Tarnish is most easily removed when it first becomes visible on your silver jewelry.  Alternatively, it can be cleaned using silver polishing cream available at most jewelry shops.  DO NOT use silver cleaning LIQUID with the pieces that contain natural stones (Onyx or Mother of Pearl) or Cubic Zirconia, as the liquid will damage the stones.

For pieces that contain leather or animal skin, use treated silver polishing cloth or polishing cream only on the silver section. DO NOT submerge in water or cleaning liquid.

11. Will my personal information be safe over the net?

Definitely. We only use your personal information for the purpose of record keeping and shipping your order. In some occasions, we may contact you to inform about our upcoming promotions or sales. Your personal record will NOT be shared or used by anyone else for any other purposes whatsoever.

As your payment information will only be used by your preferred third party financial service provider or by 2Checkout.com, no one--including us--will have an access of your financial information.

12. Can I send my order to a different address?

Certainly, once you have finished shopping, you will be prompted to fill out your address and the address of which you wish to have your order sent.  These two addresses may or may not be the same.

13. How to determine my bracelet size?

Bracelet & chain size, simply measure the circumference of your wrist and Add 1". ( if = 7" add 1" so select size 8" L.)
For thickness 6 to 8 mm. add 1 1/2".

Bangle bracelet size, measure the circumference of your tightly clenched hand with your four fingers straight and your thumb turned in to touch your pinky. Please measure over your knuckles, fist area. ( if = 8" select size 8" L.)

Cuff & hinged bracelet size, measure the circumference of your wrist. ( if = 7" add 1/2" select size 7.5 inches L.)

Measure with either a flexible tape measure or cut a strip of paper no wider than 1/2" wrap the paper snugly, mark the paper where it meets and measure the marked length of paper.

14. How to determine my ring size?

Please visit your local jeweler and have them measure your finger. This is the only way to be sure you are getting the size you need. You can also use the web site www.onlineconversion.com/ring_size.htm to help you determine your ring size (USA size).
